This beginner-friendly course is designed to build your knowledge and confidence step by step. Each section flows naturally into the next, helping you develop a strong foundation in Tai Chi and Daoist practices.

1. Gentle Warm-Up We begin with a full-body warm-up to release tension, improve circulation, and activate your muscles and joints. You’ll feel looser, lighter, and more connected to your body right away.

2. Breathwork for Energy & Relaxation Most people breathe inefficiently without realizing it. I’ll teach you a powerful yet simple breathing method that increases oxygen intake, calms emotions, relaxes the mind and body, and naturally boosts your energy. This will completely change the way you breathe—I guarantee it.

3. The Seven Essential Tai Chi Stances Stances are the foundation of Tai Chi and all other Taoist exercises in Lishi. You’ll learn seven key stances in a fun, accessible way, strengthening your legs and preparing you for the movements ahead.

4. Daoist Yoga – Flowing with Life Unlike other forms of yoga, Daoist Yoga never holds postures statically. Instead, we move smoothly in and out of positions, developing natural suppleness, fluidity, and a deeper connection to life’s flow.
